For tahfiz maahad, pondok & tahfiz schools
Tahfiz school management system — maahad fees sorted, no more notebooks
SMP-Elite is a school management system for tahfiz maahad and pondok in Malaysia. The mudir and ustaz keep student and guardian lists, collect monthly fees with official receipts, record attendance from a phone, and message guardians, all in one web system and Android app. Try it for 30 days, no credit card.

Everyday maahad work
What can the mudir and ustaz manage in one system?
Most maahad start with notebooks, Excel and WhatsApp groups. As student numbers grow, fees get hard to track and guardians keep asking for their balance. SMP-Elite brings that work together:
- Students and classes. Register students and arrange them by halaqah or class. The school names its groups freely. Existing lists are uploaded from Excel.
- Fees and receipts. Counter payments, official receipts with your own numbering, online payment by guardians, and reports.
- Attendance. Ustaz and ustazah record attendance straight from their phones.
- Exams and result slips. Timetable and discipline records are in the Penuh plan or available as add-on modules.
- Messages to guardians, and an Android app for teachers, parents and students.
- Cikgu AI. Ask in everyday Malay and get tables and charts. Everyone only sees the data their role allows.
Monthly fees
How do you collect tahfiz fees when guardians pay late?
The usual problem is not that guardians refuse to pay. It is that nobody remembers who has not paid for which month. SMP-Elite gives you:
- An arrears chase list with polite, ready-written WhatsApp messages, a privacy mode, and reminders the school can configure.
- Partial payments at the counter. Money is applied to the oldest fee first, and the receipt shows the balance left.
- Online payment by FPX and card (ToyyibPay), or FPX, card, DuitNow QR and e-wallets (CHIP), straight into the maahad's own merchant account. Receipts are issued automatically.
- Official receipts that cannot be deleted. They can only be cancelled with a reason, and can be printed or sent by WhatsApp or e-mail.
Online payment methods and transaction charges depend on the gateway and the school's agreement with the provider.
Can we set our own monthly fees, other fees and contributions?
Yes. The school defines its fee items, so your maahad can set monthly fees or any other charge the way it already works. Administrators also set the receipt type, number format, bank accounts, late days and message templates.
Each fee can be matched to the right bank account, and daily collection, printouts and reports are split by account. Money that must be kept apart, such as a PIBG account, does not mix with the main account. Reports can be printed or exported to CSV.
What about asnaf and orphan students, and siblings?
Asnaf and orphans. Fee exemptions are approved by an administrator. The category is not shown to teachers, parents or on the receipt, so families keep their dignity.
Siblings. A guardian with several children at the maahad can pay once and receive one family receipt, with each child's name on its own line.
How much does a tahfiz maahad management system cost?
Maahad with 180 students: Basic plan RM199 a month (or pay 10 months for a full year) — the same price for any school under 1,000 active pupils.
Basic adds the Fees, Attendance, Exams and Messages modules to the Core plan (RM79 a month, without the fees module). The Full plan at RM299 a month includes every module except e-Invoice. Schools with 1,000 or more active pupils pay × 1.5.
The 30-day trial uses every Full plan module (e-Invoice excluded). No credit card, no contract. See the full price table and calculator.
Honest from day one
Who is SMP-Elite for, and who is it not for?
A good fit if you
- Run a maahad, pondok or tahfiz school and want fees, students and attendance in one place.
- Still track and collect fees with notebooks, Excel or WhatsApp.
- Want guardians to pay online and receive official receipts.
- Want your data to stay yours and exportable to Excel.
Not a great fit if you
- Want an app built only to record Quran recitation or memorisation. SMP-Elite is a school management system, not a recitation app.
- Have no internet access at all at the maahad. The system is web-based with an Android app.
- Only want to collect fees and need no other modules? Start with the fee features and then decide.
